Start with the time you currently spend finding, preparing and explaining reference material.

This is an illustration, not a savings promise. Use your own hourly cost and realistic estimates. Include the time needed to select the material and introduce it to your people. Time freed up creates capacity; it does not necessarily reduce cash expenditure.
